Can I check the goods received before I send it back?
We assume that the products you order from us will work perfectly in your business. However, we know that sometimes it happens differently. Goods from our wholesale shop must be checked every time after delivery. Any comments must be made within 1 (one) working day of receiving the order. You can seamlessly check the purchased clothes. Remember that the goods subject to possible return must be free from dirt and other traces of use (such as smell). We also do not accept refunds from consumers who are your ultimate customers.
Can I list the goods received?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons we do not have the ability to implement exchanges. If you care for example on a different size or color of a particular product, you can place a new order by paying it right away, and return the goods to our warehouse as part of a contractual return. The refund for the returned products will be directed to the bank account indicated in the form or through the PayU system in the form of a “cash-back”.
How can I return my order?
We make available to our customers one business day to return products. The return must be reported each time by contacting Customer Service at hurt@factoryprice.eu. After receiving the instructions along with the confirmation, the parcel must be sent to the address of our warehouse, 21 Przyszłości Street, 05-552 Łazy. Shipping must be completed immediately no later than the end of the next business day. After receiving your package, we will send you an email confirming your refund consideration. In case of any problems, you can confidently contact our Customer Service.
At what time do I have to send back the goods I return?
For the return of the goods you have one working day from the moment you receive the package. If you give us a withdrawal statement, then you have one day to send the return package. We know that everyday matters can make it difficult to send a return on a timely basis, so we always try to meet the expectations of our customers. Please note that until we receive the goods from your order, we will not be able to complete the transfer with a refund.
Who covers the cost of transport with the returned goods?
You can arrange the return of goods on your own. Reimbursement cost according to Wholesale Regulations always cover the buyer. The amount of the return shipping fee is dependent on the shipping company, which will carry out the transport of the goods.
Can I personally return the goods to Factoryprice.eu warehouse?
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, personal return of goods to our warehouse is not possible. We also do not have the opportunity to receive returns directed to InPost parcels, postal establishments (such as Żabka, Freshmarket, Movement kiosk) and subsidiaries of Polish Post offices. The only possibility of effective reimbursement is to direct the shipment to the address of our warehouse, ul. Przyszłości 21, 05-552 Łazy. Importantly, we do not accept packages with cash payment on delivery.
When and how will the money be refunded for the returned goods?
After receiving the goods in the warehouse and considering the return, we order appropriate dispositions in the Financial Department. In the following days, we refund funds spent on the purchase in accordance with the declaration on the return form. According to the Terms of Procedure, we have 14 days to carry out the refund, however, we try to ensure that this process lasts as short as possible.
When will I receive a corrective invoice?
The corrective invoice shall be issued on the same day as the refund is ordered. Her shipment will take place within 7 business days from the moment of issue. The invoice is sent to the email address assigned to the client account. Remember that this document must be confirmed each time. You just need to write back “I confirm receipt of the corrective invoice and accept its content.”
What to do when my return fails to reach the warehouse?
Shipments with returned goods are best directed to our warehouse by a registered package. If you notice that the transport takes too long, check the status of the shipment on the carrier’s website. If necessary, contact the delivery company and determine what happened to your package. Please note that until we receive the goods, we do not have the opportunity to implement the return of funds spent on the purchase.
Is the goods subject to warranty?
Wholesale excludes liability under warranty for physical defects of Goods (in accordance with Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code). Thus, we do not provide warranty on products. Wholesale also does not accept complaints from consumers who are purchasers of the Customer. If you receive a complaint about the goods that have been purchased from us, you must respond to the Consumer in your own right to his claims.
